James Schauweker

James Schauweker was a talented graphic artist and very involved with the community and the arts. He graduated from USF with a BA in Fine Arts, studying with some well-known artists though the Graphic Arts Department. He won may awards at art shows throughout Florida and his work was displayed in many galleries and traveling art shows as well as in Paris, France. Many of his pieces were purchased by collectors in the United States and Canada. He was past President of the Greater Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce and the Palm Harbor Rotary Club, as well as Treasurer of the National Graphic Artist Guild, headquartered in New York City. We were sad to see him go.
